PUBLIC FEEDBACK

Stories are signals, not proof.

Use public discussion to find better questions about a platform.

Read a post as a question

A comment about search relevance, billing, employer response or listing freshness may be worth investigating. A single post on Reddit, Instagram or Facebook is self-selected and may omit the role, location or timing that made the experience different. It cannot establish the same outcome for another candidate.

Check the original condition

If a user claims that a role was stale, look for that vacancy on the employer’s current careers page. If a fee or feature is discussed, inspect the platform’s latest terms. If a complaint concerns eligibility, read the exact hiring location in the original listing. Use public stories to sharpen questions, then answer those questions with current primary sources.

How it affects Pulid

Social discussion can inform qualitative notes, but we do not translate an isolated anecdote into a numerical rating. The zone is an editorial way to organize candidate attention. Every board can contain a role worth pursuing; every role still needs its own verification pass.

Keep dates and incentives in view

Older feedback may describe a product or policy that has since changed. A review may also come from a candidate whose role, location or account type differs from yours. When several accounts make a similar claim, use them to identify a question you can check against current documentation or the original listing. That keeps social feedback useful without overstating what it proves.
